Our house is situated in peaceful surroundings with a view of the Untersberg, the prominent mountain of the Salzburg area. We offer 2 apartments. There is a large parking lot and good bus connections to the centre of Salzburg (10 minutes with the bus stop right in front of the house).

Just across the street you will find a butchery, backery and a coffee-shop.

There are many excursion possibilities around the festival city of Salzburg and the beautiful lake district, the Salzkammergut. We can orgnise a tour for you!

Apartment 2

Large 2-storey apartment on the upper floor Apartment on 2 floors approx. 80m2 with anteroom, shower, kitchen, living room with balcony on the ground floor. On the first floor there is the sleeping area with balcony and a seperate room with a sofa bed. Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. 

Apartment 1

Our apartment 1 is on the ground floor with anteroom, shower / toilet, living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed. 

Max. 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Cosy and comfortable

Our rooms offer cozy and comfortable living. Some of them provide either terrace or balcony.  Each room is equipped with SAT-TV, WLAN, Shower/Wc.

Additionally:

- garden furniture
