The guesthouse Kaiserer is located in the middle of Rauris, a small charming village nearly 1000 metres above sea level.

In Rauris lots of relicts will remind you of the gold rush and the former mining, which took place hundreds of years ago.

Rooms

In our guesthouse all rooms are equipped with bathroom, shower and toilet. Furthermore we offer a TV and a separate balcony.

Enjoy the panorama of the so called „Tauernfenster", which means the view to mountains up to 3000 metres.

We offer a great variety of breakfast every day.

Apartments

All our appartments have separate bathrooms, showers and toilets. The small flats have their own balcony as well as a TV.

The big kitchen offers enough space for a comfortable dining table. The appartments are ideally for 4-5 persons and have 2-3 bedrooms.

You are welcome to enjoy our daily breakfast buffet or the morning bakery delivery.

Winter in Rauris

The guesthouse Kaiserer is just a few walking minutes from the ski area Hochalmbahnen.

The small but marvellous ski area is perfect for beginners, families and all the people, who enjoy being offsite the mass tourism.
There are not just the 30 km perfect prepared slopes but also:

a toboggan run

bobsleighing in the moonshine

guided torch walking tours

an ice climbing tower

snowshoe trails through the "Rauriser Urwald", a famous old wood.

Furthermore you find a great offer of beautiful cross country ski runs in our valley.

The golden valley of the alps is an insider tip for all skitours. For easy tours, but also more difficult once is our guesthouse the perfect base camp.
